DNF nutes! whats your mix?

im finding that my dnf solutions for my DWC res have to be low to avoid nute burn.
my last flower i topped out at 38% of the manufactures suggested solution.

I've read people jumping from 25% to 50% solutions from one res to the next weeks res!
really? and
I've read that people go 100% strength (suggested mix) and are successful... hmm..

So my questions is, if you DNF, what is your mix percentage?
I KNOW everyone has different media / setup, im just curious about your DNF numbers...

for example, week 4 bloom i use bloom A&B, bloom fortifier, carbo logic, black and gold. All mixed in at no more than 30% of the suggested amounts in feeding schedule.
giving me an EC around .6 and pH is kept around 5.8+ ( i let it drift to about 6.3 then slowly back it down again)

I use most of DNF's line, from gro to gold to black and carbo, veg, bloom etc.
a few people have said that DNF is a "better" and more "forgiving" nute than most.
is this true?
if so ...SWEET!! lol.
but I don't find it very forgiving on the plants :(

any comments DNF related would be appreciated

AWESOME! i find that quite educational.
next question, do you mix your secondary nutes in at the same strength percentage as your 2 part basic GRO and BLOOM nutes?

how do i get this moved to nutrients?

all the DNF threads ....did not finish .
i was hoping to start something that DNF users could refer to in the future.

heres MY review on DNF nutrients.

A&B gro & bloom are decent, but trace def's will come. also calcium will need to be added.
DNF BLACK - never again. creates problems in hours (cold res, hot res, sterile res, doesnt matter - rot is coming FAST)
DNF GOLD - even adding a 10 ml to a 24L res. burns everytime. never again.
DNF SPARKLE - will foam and CLEAN your res....for a day. then you're in trouble again and your res is full of a mystery chemical that DNF doesn't disclose.
DNF trace elements - No instructions for use :S
DNF CLEAR - seems to work well.
DNF fortifiers - havent used them much, cant say much so far.
DNF CARBO LOGIC - havent used it much either. save your money!

So, now i just stick with the A&B formulas, BENNIES (100% best res additive ever!! thanks HEISENBERG!), CALMAG and slight trace elements.

that all being said.
im going soil less for a round and will soon be tubbin again with DM gold line nutes. Im pretty sure its going to be a night and day difference.

now, the questions is....what do i do with all this DNF SHIT?????

Old thread but I thought I'd throw in my experience. I've used the A + B grow and bloom and they've worked great. I've also had good results using their Organic Bloom. I've used their carbologic as a freebie, but I just add molasses now for carbs/sweetener. I add the smallest pinches of the crystal foritfier, but slightly too much and it will burn the plants. It was also a freebie, I would never buy it. Other stuff works great though, I usually use A+B all the way, then switch to Organic and mollasses for the last couple weeks.

I have found the bloom fortifier must be used very sparingly. If at all.

The Hydro Sparkle is sold in other countries as Hydro Fungicide. Google it for info.
I used it when I ran RDWC and DWC. It did absolutely prevent the dreaded slime that Heisenburgs Tea works so well on. And that is after I was hit hard by it.
But I still frequently had root issues especially in my young vegging plants.

I have since switched to flood and drain SOG and used H2O2 for a while with some success. But the roots were never robust.
Now I just brew Heisenburgs Tea once a week and add it to the Rez's. Everything is just much more vigorous now.
Anyone want an unopened bottle of sparkle?

I don't think clear did much of anything.
Haven't used Gold and Black since my first soil grow.
Not exactly a successfull grow. Grower fault all the way. Cant blame the products.

The other product they have now is Potassium Silicate. I HIGHLY recommend it. It works like a charm contributing to strong stalks able to hold bigger buds. More tolerant to heat, bugs, and other stresses. It is very concentrated and syrupy. And it works out WAY CHEAPER than Rhino Skin or Pro-Sil or other "Name Brand" Silica additives.
Only downside is that I go through more Ph down as it will raise your Ph quite a bit. Mix order is important also to prevent nute fallout.

With the Base nutes I have nothing really to compare it to as it is all I have used.
In the past I have burned my plants a lot. Not so much anymore. When I mix my fresh rez's every 2 weeks I run an EC of 1900. Over the next 2 weeks I addback water and pH every other day. When the EC drops below 1500 (9-10 days) I bump it up to about 1700.
I add a little Magnesium Sulfate and Cal-Mag+ when I first fill the Rez. I am starting to enjoy consistent success for the first time since starting this hobby 3 years ago.
I am looking to try other nutes because I think that DNF is low in trace and micro nutrients. Can't find Dyna Gro so I may try Dutch Master.

First time useing DNF A B Grow and bloom really like it works really good I use 10cc for every litre no problems have used black and gold burned the plants recovered with flushing
