Freebase might oxidize if not contained properly but the DMT salts will last a damn long time.
Freebase DMT will last a long while to, if it is in a sealed container.

Proper seal, maybe under innert gas, out of light and at proper temps....
But just keeping freebase is not recommended, somehow the stuff changes slightly over time and the experiences darken alot. Its quite day and night when you compare it with fresh spice though.

I think it's N,N DMT, what do you guys mean by freebase? like as opposed to what other form?

DMT acetate, hydrochloride, hypochlorite etc. The various -ate's, -ite's, and -ide's of acid anions that form salts with DMT.
You have salt (above) and freebase which is on the opposite end of the spectrum.
