Ok so I bought 2 SONOFF TH16s off Amazon These can control a circuit based on temperature or humidity (gotta buy a special sensor for humidty) . Each TH16 will run an 8" Duct booster fan that blows out of the tent and draws cold air from outside. SONOFF is controllable over wifi on the eWelink app. You will want to download this now.

OK so everything you need to run this as an inline temperature switch is in the below picture
Per SONOFF
1 Male 120V plug end
1 Female 120V plug end
2 lengths of electrical cable with two conductors and a ground
SONOFF TH16
SONOFF Temperature Sensory (Came with my SONOFF but they don't always)

Mount a male plug on one length of cable and mount the female plug on the other

Here we can see how they want us to wire it up. So following the legend your unit could be different.

Here's how I connected it up

After you plug it in a blue light start glowing. This when you want to go to your eWelink App. I taped over the cover cuz it sucks.

I ran the sensor into the tent

Then you go into the eWelink App in the Auto Section and set your upper and lower temperature limits MY temps are in celcius

That's all hope this helps someone.

Very good. I have done my lights and fans with Sonoff Basics. I didn't know these existed when I set it all up. Before the summer I am going to get a Sonoff Zigbee Hub and do it that way. I have to say that Sonoff kit is great. I have been running mine since April and they haven't gone wrong once. I will never go back to traditional timers.

Ya I paid a bit more on amazon for these cuz they come next day. But I plan on placing an order off ali Baba for a bunch of these. Very handy devices.

They got so many cool modules. Looking at running everything through the Pwr2 module which tracks kWh.
That does sound cool.

I am in the middle of building an OpenHAB box on an Raspberry Pi 2 so I can take everything "off grid". At the moment I am solely reliant on the eWelink and Google Home to run everything, if the internet for went down I'd be screwed.

As far as I know they continue to run their programming even when they lose wifi signal. They just stay doing whatever schedule or settings you had them doing before.

I was led to believe it is the exact opposite. I use Sonoff switches all over the house I will experiment with my desk fan.
