DIY Reflector for smaller areas, GREAT PAR VALUES

Its taken from a copy of a Lumenarc reflector, reflectors specially designed for aquariums for growing underwater trees (corals) maximizing Par values.

Can you please tell me what that bubbley type metal is and where I could find it, um preferabley the name of it and what it would be used for so my friend doesn't look super dodgy when buying it

Can it be found in Lowes or HD?

You don't need a reason ready to spout off.. The less conversation you start, the less they will, and thats the trick.. Be polite but as disinterested in chatting as you can..

I can't get the plans from the link http://thebrian.net/reflector/, does anybody have them please?. Or if the plans are in the .DWG file what program do I use to open it?, thanks.

Ok Ive managed to find some software to open a .dwg file, Im very interested in the longer version reflector is there a plan available?.
