So are there any home nutrient formulas? I searched the forum and couldn't find anything.

So no one knows how to get nutrients from house hold items like certain foods.

Maybe I will try to experiment with certain foods.

I'd say making teas.

Maybe 'flush' a compost pile and use the run off?

Or just spend $5 on some cheap nutes and be ahead of that curve.

look at this...
currently...I am using day old piss, urine, for nitrogen....I have and will again use diluted, day old cola for phosphorous. any cheap nutes will provide enough potassium, as MJ don't require much. however, other vitamins/minerals are needed, and many cheap, nutes also will provide those.

piss+cheap nutes during veg...not too much piss(in a 3 gal bucket, first I take a piss, then fill with water, then add the cheap nutes), and let it sit overnight in my shower. then move the bucket to the grow room and let it sit there for several hours to come to room temp. then I ph test the water...usually I have to add ph down, but it depends on the quality of your piss which changes from day to day. (tip; morning piss, just after waking, is much more acidic than the rest of the day)

for flowering, less than half a piss...sry don't measure, a 12oz can of cheap cola, diet is better(!), water, let sit, let come to room temp, ph test, use ph up/down, if needed, use it until 2 wks before harvest!

No offense but thats fucking retarded. If your buying cheap nutes what do you need to use your piss for? High NPK nutes are the fucking CHEAPEST of cheap nutes, theres no reason to be using piss or pop for Nitrogen or Potassium.

Theres No way to regulate how much nitrogen will be in the piss. And what about all the other toxins that your plants Dont want? Every time you piss it will be different. How much you drank that day, what you ate in the last 48 hours, how much weed you smoked that day, all of these things and Many more will determine the content of your urine. Its near impossible to regulate or have the same content every time.

If your using piss and cheap nutes Why not cut out the piss and buy some Miracle Grow 1 part nutrient, it will be WAY better then piss and old pop any day.

seems you read too fast or not carefully enough...its phosphorous, not potassium, in your hurry to discount my methods.
in my country there is no 'miracle grow', I'd have to order any good nutes online...at too much additional cost. I've spent a lot already.

Sorry, Im not trying to be an ass. I just think using urine is a little pointless, I wasnt implying you are retarded or anything. IMO it just seems insane and pointless to use urine. Theres a million other ways to get Nitrogen. You may not be able to order MG or expensive nutes, but why not use some natual fertilizer?

If you can get cheap nutes, why cant you get nutes with enough NPK?

You could easily mix up some organic soils, there must be animals that shit in your country?

General rule of thumb. Animals that eat meat with have high N content manure, animals that dont eat meat will have higher PK content.

I am a man. urea, in urine, has a much higher concentration of soluable(that is key!) nitrogen than most feces does, with the exception of some, chicken, bat...etc.(I own 0 chickens and 0 bats. I live in Japan, been here for years, but, maybe, I am, just a little, retarded, because, I still can't read this simple (?!), not, language very well. so, reading the contents of a package or label is impossible.
I didn't decide to be illiterate...it just is...and I'm doing the best I can...but can't spend ginormous amounts of money, ordering shit online...although, I have! (about a thousand dollars, US.)
also, growing mj is not popular here, in JP(it is starting to be, more), so while finding nutes for 'flowers' is quite simple and common, nutes for weed is impossible to buy...in this country.

believe it or not...I didn't choose piss willy nillly, I researched nitrogen as well as I could before coming to this conclusion. and I'm not trying to get you to use my methods, just explaining all the complex factors leading to my use of it. IMO, your first post should have been short, sweet, and simple'

I see/understand. don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you're wrong about anything...but rather, just trying to justify my methods. and I'm not saying they're superior to any other methods. but neither are they, necessarily, inferior, just different...than most pot growers. this is a common method, probably more so in '3rd world' countries(stupid saying that), and 'non-synthetic' growers, used in many
commercial crops.

also, for me, it's a 'trial and error' method, since I can't regulate, exactly, how much nitrogen is supplied to the plants. but I've been experimenting with it for about 6 mo. and my original post is the best mixture I've found...

possibly, you could try it out...on a 'bag seed', just to see for yourself...

that is very good advise...furthermore, if you piss (I just love urine, LOL) on that compost pile, it will increase the decomposition rate AND increase the nitrogen content!!!!

I never said urine can't be used as a source for Nitrogen, Im sure you could achieve some great results with a little experimenting. It just seems a little outdated, with all the modern fertilizers available, or even manure and compost, it just seemed pointless to me. But you clearly had a good reason, I am a little curious to see the results of the pure Urea face cleanser that you found though.

tomorrow I'll walk to the drug store (chemists) to get it. I didn't have enough money to get all the stuff I wanted last time I was there, a few days ago. walk...I don't own a car...bad for the environment...legs, bicycle, public trans...good for the environment or much less bad, lol.

(anecdote) also, the other day, same day as not have enough to get what I wanted from the drug store, (last stop on my 'to do' list) I went to the largest garden shop I could find, because I wanted an electronic ph meter. I had been using litmus paper, which kinda sux, it only gives a general reading, color coded. so, anyway, after lots of pantomine, picture drawing and sign language, lol, really though, they understood what I wanted...and took me to the isle with...litmus!!! no electronic ph meter anywhere! this garcen place is part of a much larger 'shopping center', but seperate, very similar to 'home depot', which includes a 'garden depot' and a 'lighting depot', along with 'exterior or remodeling depot', LOL. anyway, same thing! well, they we're really nice and helpful, so the called some ppl from other dept, possibly, the 'electronics' or 'tools' dept, idk, couldn't understand most of what they were saying, lol. they said, we met in person for a 3 way pantomine session, which must have been hilarious to any passersby, possibly, it could be ordered from their catalogue, takes 2 wks to arrive, and may, cost about 20,000 yen-about $200 US...!

I told em to forget it!! I could order one online, for about $100, and get it in a week.

I had other shopping to do, so went on my way, do de do de do....(walking around...shopping).
when I passed the pet dept I saw some fish tanks and something clicked....aquarium tanks contain water...some fish require a certain ph to be healthiest...???...what if....

coffee grinds or powdered charcoal will give you high nitrogen which is great for the veg. state. potassium is a little more trickey i know banana's have alot in them but im not sure if they still have it when they ferment. phosphorus is even harder in my books but this is all from what i know off the top of my head, i didnt look into your question to be honest. I hope im of some help.

Actually Apple juice contains potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and zinc, all are necessary for healthy plant growth.

Lots of people actually use apple juice as an additive.

Foods fish meat i know its not a house hold feed but its free horse shyt.you are best useing food items such has fish outside .but if u are going to use indoors full a barral full offwater and putin the food items fish meats and leave to ferment .but you will have to make a choice between your girlfriend or organic food items they stink.i've used them in outdoor grows put dead fish in the bottom of the hole i dug a week or so before gave it a chance to decay then i put my compost in andput my plants in they loved it i didny give them no food for at least 2 week till they have used most of the nute out of the fish out of it.but a few of my plantations had been dug up by animals trying to get free food

there are also simple sugars in a. juice, which is good for your weed...lol, I got the urea...and actually found some molasses today...I think it's molasses, but am not sure...it say, 'dark syrup', in simple Japanese. anyway, I'll try it out, but not right away. I actually just flushed my girls and transplanted a few of them, they didn't like any of that. so, I'm gonna wait until they whine n scream for water, then give em the works!!! LOL probably tue. or wed.

urine is human miracle grow. i live in the most prosperous, wealthy country on the globe, and I use piss on ALL my veggies...it is sterile....I use it all the way until it flowers: even the veggies i EAT....strawberries, lettuce, broccoli, all of them. phobia over piss is like puking over jiz....i mean, think of it...these are the only things we, as humans, actually PRODUCE without work or effort. I also compost my poop and make soil out of it (humanure.) It "closes" the circle of life" The reason US soil is such garbage is because we piss and poo and flush it away in secret to be chemically treated and dumped into our water, instead of returning it to the "earth" ...the soil, which eats it and gives us plants. get enlightened.
