DIY Grow Tent?

I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the direction of how to build a grow tent. I have a few ideas utilizing pvc fittings and pipe along with black plastic and mylar. I was wondering if someone had a "perfected" system before I start muddling thru. My set up is a small 10 gallon bubbleponic system much like Roseman's system in an attic space. Thanks in advance​

Build a tent frame from pvc, then fit it with a big ass tarp? lol.

I'm also interested in this, but I'd be building mine out of 2x4s and plywood - I'm not handy or carpenter-ish for shit, so if there was a step by step tutorial that someone knew of, I'd love to see it.

i just built a tent and it's pretty much that simple


make a frame from PVC pipe then cover with Panda plastic

go to the your local swap meet or walmart store that has portable closets and they work great. you still will need to light proof and add openings for exhaust, intake. here is one from walmart.

About 5 days ago I made a 3x2x3 (HxWxL) grow tent kinda thing, very basic and actually pretty crap based on what I had to build with but im happy with it.
Made from white PVC pipe/wire trunking/covers.
Works well, just takes a little imagination lol

I have to agree with Sneekie, especially for a beginner or someone with limited DIY experience.

Wally-World also sells one of these that is 36" wide, it only costs about $21. (U.S.). You can attach two of these together (back to back) and cut out the back panels, giving about 9 sq. ft., perfect for a 400 watt HID. I would also suggest that you re-inforce the frame a little!
