DIY Cloner with Waterfall or Flooming... Who builded one?

Waterfalls and flooming are just as effective as creating bubbles with an airstone (if not even more effective)
However I do not see any plug&play cloners that are designed on this principle.
They are either bubblecloners, cloners with sprayers or with venturi (and hybrids)

Did anyone ever build one that makes use of a waterfall or flooming?

The idea with air is as the bubbles burst they wet the stems, how would that work with flooming?Waterfalls you would need a few of them id think.Air is just easier I guess.

With flooming or a waterfall the stems would be mostly submerged.
Which should not be a problem when there is plenty of DO (I hope)

Waterfalls and flooming are easier then air (looking at it from a technical point of view)
Another advantage is that you do not bring CO2 in your water.
CO2 (IMO) is causing the pH swings that growers often experience in DWC with bubbles.

For cloning in the first stages this is not that important.
But if you would also keep your clones longer in your cloner, it could become a problem once you start giving them nutrients / setting your pH.

You can clone in a glass of water so your idea should work, just takes longer.

My main objective with cloning is getting them to root as fast as possible. The longer they take to root the more chance of problems.
