This is just a quick set-up cause i had the extra pump,it's a little large for the job so i drilled an extra hole to blow-off excess water. I think I will have to cycle the pump to keep res temps down. 15min on/30off.

Excellent matey, really like the setup, I was considering constructing something like that only recirulating back to a resevoir.

In effect im having 10 gallon square pot instead of a bucket to enable more height for plant. I am also going to be using 10 inch basket which sits in the square pot centre and is misted using 4 misters per basket.

Underneath this square pot will be another pot which has a 3inch deep layer of water which nft the roots as they hit the bottom of the square pots. Will have a drain feed back to main tank which sits just above the water level on lower pot which runs excess water back to main resevoir to go round again.

Just trying to locate an air pump which would do a 5 gallon pot x 6 pots, so in effect enough air for 30 gallons in order to NFT the roots in each pot.

Also trying to work out what pump i would need which could control 24 misters in a 12ft by 12ft room, as they will be spaced out to enable massive growth and vertical lights to pass through them.

Any help anyone has would be great, espeically thoose who use aquafarms or aqua misting systems.

In effect im doing a recirulated Krusty bucket NFT system only incorperating aeroponic misters for roots instead of the drip system or flood system through pebbles. And also having an interconnected pipe to allow fogging in all the buckets under the roots as well as NFT and Aeroponics.

Hoping nobody has spotted any flaws.

leaks are okay at the sprayers as long as some water is still spraying that looks good man maybe add a drip?
