Distance between led and plants?

Hello peps.....unfortunately I'm forced to grow in a bedroom closet for now so I'm going to use 180 watt apollo advanced led.....before you give me shit about the led I'm using......yes I know they are not the best .....cob would be better but I have them so I'm using them....they are 180 watt full spectrum with IR. My question is how far away from seedlings.?....how far away for veg?....how far away for flower?
I'll be using 2 of these on one auto just to see what happens I just donot know the distance between for LED.....this is the led I'll be using

veg 24" and lower if need be but with leds you will have to adj to how your plants stress. So start at 24" and work from there same goes with bloom. Bloom will be a different height especially if you have switch selection.
