Disrupted light cycle

I have plants that are 60 days into budding and some that are 30 days in and I added a new light and timer and the timer reset somehow so the one light out of three has been on 18/6 for five days. Is this bad? I don’t notice anything bad happening to the plants just seemed like they stayed the same size and didn’t grow no more for this week but that’s about all I noticed. Any help appreciated thanks

They’ll be fine.

They will likely be fine, their is a chance tho after 5 days you have begun to reinforce veg hormones in the plant. They will either be fine, or stop putting on weight and foxtail and single finger like crazy
