Discoloured Leaves........?

Im a novice at all this, so Im not sre of all the statistics- but ill try.
Its just soil from the bag, which had a ph of 6.5 I think, but I dont have nething to monitor it now. It was full of nutrients and stuff, so it said i dont have to start feeding them till around 3 weeks- and they just past the 2 weeks mark. Its always around 90F. Ive got a proper grow light, which is about half a meter away from the plants (if I lower it anymore it gets way to hot- but I just got a fan so I can lower it if light is the problem) em, I think thats everything- it papya strain, if that makes any difference. I have 3 plants, and this is the only one that it has happened too- any thoughts? Thanks
