discoloring + leaf eaten? + dark green leaf with curling

hello my fellow growers!

i´ve started noticing some problems in my plants.

This is my first grow so expect lots of errors haha. Im here to receive all the criticism possible and learn!


image 1: two problems:

1. The leafs show some discoloring. Is this nutrient deficiency? i started giving nutes quite late because i overwatered them and stunted their growth for like 2 weeks. I measure the PH (usually around 6.5).
2. 2 leafs have been eaten in some sort of way... i have seen some very little flies flying around the plants, are those guys eating my plants?!!??!

Image 2 a & b: two problem

1. Some leafs are dark green and started deforming themselfs, some even curling upwards. is this light stress? i have 240W of lm301h samsung lets which, i heard, are very efficient (powerful). As this is my first grow im still testing which are the best height and dimmer config for each step. I have another very small/young plant which looks PERFECT (too young to have problems? lol), if this was light stress wouldnt this younger plant show stress and deformation too?
2. Same problem stated in image 1 point 2. Here the decoloration is lighter.... would this be that these plants are younger so the nutrient deficiencies are less impactfull? (as they need less nutrients)

Is it coco? Looks dry as fook, the flies I assume are fungus gnats and they are most definitely laying eggs in the medium which in turn produce larvae which feed on the roots. Put some under leaf shots up please when you get time also, kind of looks like that leaf variegation thing, I dunno, I'm a noob

this is soil.

I've watered on friday and now its quite dry. still a bit humid 1 inch under the soil.

Im watering them today.

Going to take a photo of the under side of the leafs.

Zero issue - leaf will do what leaves do ... repairs ,mutations, tears , etc.

Besides that is an expendable first leaf set - sometimes overthinking a plant can lead doing things unnecessary. : It will be a leaf destined to be chopped later anyways when pruning .
