I am growing in soil 50% Ocean forest, 30% light warrior, and 20% peat moss. They have been in the soil for almost 2 weeks now, I started out in rockwool with a drip system but I changed my mind cause I was fucking up the nutes and ph too bad. Before I potted them in the soil my White Widow lhad the same strange leave discolorations but after 2 days in the soil it went away, so I thought, ok, musta been some kind of def. Well the discolorations are back and I'm not sure what it is. Any help is welcomed, and thanks in advance.

this is my White Widow

and this is my California Orange: There is also a strange discolored portion on one of the left side fan leaves, this is the only leaf to look like this, any guesses?

Oh yea, my temp has been sitting around 75 - 80 during "lights on" and about 68 - 73 during "lights off". with 18 hours on and 6 hours off. Also I just watered them 2 days ago with a worm casting / High N bat guano / Molasses tea.

Thanks again

thanks Growspecialist, but I don't see how they could be heat stresses with the temps being so good?

anyone else with any idea's?

and if it is Heat Stress why are they stressing, like I said daytime temps are around 75 - 80 and nighttime around 68 - 73.

Thanks again, in advance!

I am trying to find the cause of similar texture and discoloration on mine...

What light do you use...?

I am trying to find out about light stress/poisoning...

I use a 600 HPS in a very small space, but heat is not an issue... at all... I can thermostatically control the temp down to 65F if I want to...

But I am running about 19 000 lumens per square foot, without additional CO2...

I post when I find something...

sorry for the slow reply's I was very busy yesterday, the flouro's are within inches of the plants and they do not get any hotter that about 85 degrees when touching the bulb, I have checked this many times, the lights give off very little heat.

I repotted them yesterday into 4 gallon pots cause they were out growing their 1 gallon pots, and they are looking alot better, the WW still has the weird discolored leaves, but then again 2 of my 3 WW's have had those same discolorations since they started growing, I have no idea what it could be, butit seems to not be hurting the plant at all so I am not that worried about it.

My waters PH is set to depending on my souls current ph, i.e. if the soil is a lil high then I set my water a lil low, and vice versa. I am striving for between a 6.5 and a 7 in my soil. The WW that I have pictured above had a soil ph of 7 and my only normal WW has a soil ph of only 5, which confuses my, cause it is doing the best out of the 3. but the other plants seem to be between 6 and 7 for soil ph and they are all growing well so I am not too worried about it.

As to the small burns on the leaves, I think it was a potash def. the way the leaves were burning on the outside tips only. But they look alot better this morning after I repotted them so I am going to put a lil more potash in my tea's from now on and watch them closely.

Thanks for the help guys!

How much K are they getting in the nutes you feed check the potassium content make sure it isn to low.Especialy the first on with the green discoloration.Seems like a deficiency of K..
