Took clones today! Just thought I would share a quick pic where my plants are at and show the clones! Going into 12-12 in the next 2-3 days

Another poster mentioned you should be careful how long you veg that Lemon Skunk for. 1 1 foot veg plant will end up 4 feet tall in flower. These were 10 inches tall when I flowered them and they ended up almost 40 inches. You have been warned! :)

They were so tiny when I flipped to 12/12 and then they stretched a lot the first 4 weeks into flower (finally slowed down about week 5). Went from a scraggly little 1 foot tall plant to about 4 feet tall really quickly. I seriously underestimated their height and attached the scrog screen way too low.

Sorry to derail your journal, but wondering what day you chopped down your lemon skunks and do you have any more pics of them somewhere shnkrmn?

Yeah Dirf, sorry for inserting pix into your journal. Let me know and I'll delete. Just wanted to emphasize my point, which booort is backing up pretty well. booort, I don't journal my grows anymore, and deleted a pretty big album of pictures last year in a fit of security-consciousness. I chopped those down around 9 weeks into flower.

Shnkrmn - thanks. 9 weeks, so I'd guess there is some exaggeration when dna genetics says 50-56 days.

I didn't mean to imply your pics would be unwelcome. Hell, I'd love to have someone that grew the same strain come and post their pics of it in my journal, I'd think it's very relevant.

Actually, I think DNA is right on time with that. I grew from DNA stock last year and it was done in barely 8 weeks as advertised. My recent grow was from Greenhouse seeds (an experiment I will not repeat). My plants from DNA (I grew 5, feminized) were absolutely identical, same height, same yield, obviously carefully bred gear. Greenhouse, not hardly. 5 plants again, feminized, only one had a great yield and they were all over the place in terms of the way the buds filled out, some more sativa than others, etc. AND they take longer to finish. I regret not cloning the dna plants last year.

I've got a few pictures you'll like, but I'll share them in your grow-journal where I know they are welcome. I have seen some unholy fights here over people not respecting journals.

Thanks for the replies. Everyone feel free to comment on my journal as much as you want. I know about how they stretch, I have just been really really busy with oter stuff and have not had a chance to take clones and put them in flower. Tomorrow Will be the first day of 12 hours for sure! I am not sure what I will do if they get too tall. Tie them down somehow I guess.

Those look pretty good and healthy. A little more stretchy than mine, very interested to see how these grow through flower. Keep the updates coming.

Woke up this morning and found white hairs on all my plants except one of the lemon skunks. Found a brown looking thing on it. Only one, going to wait it out a few days to see if any hairs come out. So its looking like 10 female 1 male :). They are getting really big really fast!

I didn't see my leaves look like that until the final week of flower. Don't know a thing about soil grows, but are they getting enough calcium/magnesium? I don't want to steer you the wrong way, but if those were mine I'd suspect a deficiency assuming the others are healthy and the environment is stable.

I used this post (you probably seen this already) for diagnosing a lot:
https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/488004-guide-nutrient-deficiency-toxicity.html

Yellowing leaves with dark green veins on yours maybe? Sorry dirf, wish I could help you more but I'm still learning myself.

I was thinking about your question again while playing with new lemon skunks today and realize there might have been times when the leaf shape looked odd to me during flower. Very skinny and droopy, maybe not as bad as what I see in your pic. All I remember is there were times when I looked at some leafs and they seemed off to me, but as a noob I just followed the feeding guide, made sure I didn't see nute burn and wrote it off to it being 60% sativa and that's how the leafs were gonna be. I also used a product called Azos, it's a powder and supposedly makes the nitrogen molecules bind to the roots. I also foliar fed with Heavy 16 for calcium deficiency. Saw a big improvement within 2 days when I had yellowing and some droop.

Take all this with a grain of salt, I'm still a noob despite finishing one grow, just trying to help out.

Good luck. Post more pics, looking forward to your update.

Week 4 of flower. Lots of pics as requested boort. Everything seems to be doing well. I am getting those curled leafs to straighten out as you can see. It was too much nitrogen. I ended up flushing both and holding off feeding until they get more straight. Possible next feed they will be ready again. I noticed the one with the worst curling leaves bud production is really slowed down compared to the others. Hopefully it starts to take off again. On another not I noticed some of the white hairs are starting to turn brown :). Such a lovely site. Hey boort what week did you chop your Lemon Skunks anywho? Did you wait until week 7-8 like DNA Genetics said or did you wait a little longer? Cheers man.
