Dinafem Original Amnesia and Critical Cheese Autos

I can definitely understand why everyone is so skeptical about autos then, kind of hard to get people to try something again when it didn't work so well before. I wouldn't have tried them had I not got them as freebies and so far, I'm very happy that I get to see first hand what they can do.
The hardest part is getting people to think outside of the box, too stuck in the old ways.

in a side by side photo on 12/12 from seed and a auto on 24/0 the auto will out veg and yield the photo

the thc might be lower but the higher CBD will still make it photo quality or better IMO even the sativa dom auto's have a nice body buzz / painkiller effect

taviddude is pulling around 6 oz a plant in dwc , scrog , and 2400w of light but he grows 6 of them or so at a time and pulls pounds
there is no way a photo would do that in the same time frame from " seed "

i use magi cal from techna flora
and a cap full a gal pretty much every watering so once a week or so i think the cap comes out to a little over a teaspoon if i remember right
personally i would rather underfeed them more often than to over feed them even once
Right on Tek!! Makes sense to me... I'm using General Organics, but I have to say I'm leaning towards the idea that this strain doesn't like anything, lol. I haven't notice any side effects from the plain water and molases I'm currently giving tem, lol. But I guess we'll see. I've been thinking about giving them a very weak dose of bloom nutes in hope that I might see a dramatic difference...Any words of wisdom/tips man? CAM00547.jpg

molasses feeds the micro's in the soil eventually the soil will be used up and youll probably need to supplement it

Thanks! Do you use techna floral's whole line or is there a certain supplement you like to use in the "flowering" process? Oh, and on a side note and I do think I'm a little off topic, lol... I've grown a lot of cannabis outdoors, so I'm knowledgeable of the pruning techniques. I used to clip a lot of the "fan/sun" leaves during flower and I was thinking about experimenting with this (slightly) on one of my auto flowers. Now I've read that a lot of people don't recommend that you do this and say that it is a "no-no", but I don't know anyone who has actually done this and confirmed that this is a bad idea. Being familiar with the pruning process at certain stages of the cannabis plant, I understand the "channeling" of energies through out the plant. Now I know these plants are sensitive but it just seems to me that this is a good idea. Also I understand how it wouldn't be a good move for this plant in the veg due to this plants life cycle. I guess I'm asking you this Tek because I'm too unfamiliar with this plant and it's characteristics and I follow a lot of your posts and what you have to say. You seem to be a very knowledgeable individual and I guess I'm just asking your opinion on this matter. Thanks again Tek! Sorry for the novel, lol

they usually stretch in early flower and that brings the nodes father apart so i see no need in it
cutting the fans from a auto dramatically effects yields IMO / from my experience
i wouldnt suggest it but the plant will still finish if you do it

and i use the technaflora full line up minus the cloning gel
the " recipe for success " starter kit lasts a good while and its around 40 bucks shipped
i have also been using the Peruvian gold its organic and you get a starter set for free if you contact the sales dept on the site 4 32 oz bottles i think and its free shipping
i use worm castings and dolomite lime when i mix my soil / soiless blend
its around / roughly 1/3 heavy loam 1/3 miricale grow perlite 1/3 fine coco and i i use about a 16oz cup full of seed starter where i plant the seed i just fill the pot up around the cup take the cup out and put the seed starter in this helps eliminate the soil being to hot when the seed sprouts by the time it gets to the other stuff its stonger
i also water with a spray bottle for the first couple of weeks so my pots dont get water logged its just easier for me this way i guess

there a novel for a novel ;)

all a auto is

is a photo with almost no veg and low tolerance to stress if you want good yields any way

if your happy with low yields then they handle stress very well :)

thats the cheese ? it looks about done
That there is some Pineapple Express, I believe it's from G13 Labs. It's at 6 weeks Tek! I was thinking the same thing but hoping I might be able to push it for a couple more weeks past what the breeders say. Really hoping I can make at least 10 weeks.... I might have to try that technaflora when I'm out of what I have. I'm so switching it up on the soil next time around, so thanks for that input. I will be following it. :weed:

i have been smoking on some bho i made from when i trimmed / lolipopped my purple haze it was the first time i got white BHO it makes me crawl around on the floor almost and is kinda trippy / psychedelic its only been flowering for 3-4 weeks and its already killer
its a 10 to 10+ week flower and i think i will have a couple harvests off of it if i play my cards right and possibly a couple batches of seeds

Quick update for day 31. Critical Cheese is looking good, very wide open growth and a lot of branches spread out everywhere. Original Amnesia is a little behind with flowering in comparison, right on track for her timeline I'd say though. Critical Kush should show pistils by next lights on as she usually does not take long to show.
Starting to get to the exciting stage now :)

The first pic is of the Critical Cheese and a few of her bud sites. The second pic is Critical Cheese, Critical Kush(non auto) and Original Amnesia; from left to right.

Hey Tek, I'm kind of new to this growing community and not down with all the lingo yet, but what do you mean BHO? And is that auto/photo?

Just gave the girls a full strength feeding, lets see how they react.. hopefully all goes well as they have shown signs they would like more nutes then their prior feedings.
Tomorrow will be week 5 from sprout and I will be sure to add some new pics :)
