those dont look like k-4s..generic?
first opiate experience was dilaudid..bliss!..i ived it tho..i guess your alternative is boofin em..unless u wanna snort them, which i cant reccommend since the pills you have could have a gel agent in them(ive been in the closet on pills and pharms for years,so idk)
id take just 1 unless youve got a tolerance/experience..have fun!be safe!

ones i got had a "K" on them with 8 or 4 on em also..but i havent done pills in years so im sure the mark has changed,or at least generic ones are different..

yeah i did i snorted 8 mg in 3 minutes
it was cool
i did it at like 945 n i feel it a lil bit still ima try it agaon tomorrow

I'm not even sure what a branded Dilaudid looks like these days. It's been bought a few times. Way back when they were Knoll with a K mark on them (K4s and K2s, the 8s didn't exist back then). Then they were made by Abbot and they started the 8mg dosage because people were getting Rxed so many high doses of long acting opioids that the K4s weren't strong enough to be break through meds. And now they're owned by Purdue.

i like em they feel so clean striaght body and a clear head high and a nod when you sit still i also took a 30mg morphine sulfate instant release
