Different plant leaves

How come some plants will have 7 leaflets and others may have only 3???
Would this be able to also differentiate the plant strains????

depends on maturity of the plant and how big it is

It has only had 3 leaves since the very beginning its almost done flowering now but it never really stood out to me, I know that 7 leaves is normal so i was just curious since im not quite sure of the actual strain & thought maybe I would be able to identify it by its leaves.

sometimes plants just dont grow them. i think it also depends on how healthy it is
