Difference between Ferts vs Nutes

I always thought they were the same but are they?

Also does anyone know how to read the Fox Farm chart? Are you supposed to use all the products listed or just pick one of them? I've been having problems finishing my grows and I want to just stick to a set recipe. Doesn't have to be the best, but I want to take the guesswork out once and for all.
