Differance between 12/12 from seed to mature cuttings

Just did a lil experiment with cuttings, seeing which 1 i had the most luck with. Rockwool, jiffy pucks, bubble cloner, and so far the jiffy tomato starter pucks are kicking ass..
Anyway, i was wondering what the differance in end result would be if starting from rooted clones off mature mother straight to 12/12 vs seeds started 12/12.
Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated.

Are you gonna give the seed time to catch up to the height of the clone? OR just start the seed and clone at same time?

i think seeds should be allowed to mature in a veg state till bloom until mature, and clones are better for Sog type grows, straight from clone to flower where you want smaller plants

seedlings 12/12 would yield more than a clone to 12/12 but i think its more worth it to vegetate the seed and pull a fat yield off it , or clone it a bunch and do a sog style

I agree with Nizza, but only personal experience can justify your end opinion. I believe the clone will harvest faster, but the seed will yield more as it takes longer to mature (and gets bigger) before it actually starts flowering. Only advantage I see of clone versus seed, is knowing what you're growing. I've had a lot of grows from seed where I wished I had let the nutes go a bit longer, or top dressed later... once in the flush, you kinda gotta stick with the flush.

Growing the same clone whether straight to 12/12 or not, you can adjust what you do to it. The seed, you have to go on 'feel' more than anything definite.

Was just wondering as i've seen some amazing 12/12 from seed plants.. I've got a bunch of clones and was just wondering if i could get decent results going straight to flower. Or would it be best to veg for a while. On first thought it seemed like a mature, rooted cutting would out produce a plant flowered from seed.

Actually all i'm using is cuttings from a mature mother.. The reason why i keep saying mature, is because a lot of times cuttings are taken from mother before she's mature. And kind of thought that it would kind of give it a head start so to speak.
Right now i'm putting 5plants per 2x4 tray in an eb n flow system. So if the clones are'nt going to do much growing, would i be better off adding more plants to each tray?

I did this ...seed plant at 6 weeks...
[Indica 90% strain]
I had to clone for sex...
1 week to root in 18/6 and then straight to 12/12...
1 week to show hairs/bud sites...
8 more weeks [56 days] until I saw first amber trics....
pulled her... dried and cured ...
Yield=3 grams
Your results may vary....
