Did your Town ban the sale/cultivation of weed?

I dont think towns can ban rec growing if passed by voters of that state. here in maine med grows an sales have been banned in some towns but they cant touch the rec home grows.
i don't think they can do that.

Rec is banned in my county, we have a few medical places. Colorado has great growing rights, can't ban home grows. I don't really mind as nobody likes dispensary weed anyway.
I assume they ban commercial cultivation.
It's pretty stupid, counties like the tax dollars but can be some moral majority douches. It would be nice to not have to drive 20 minutes when folks from illegal places visit for the weed store novelties.

Nope, totally legal here. Theoretically, I could just go to a dispensary, buy some weed and enjoy it in the privacy of my home.
But there is some problem with the zoning that makes it impossible to actually have that happen. It must be complicated.

My county is dumb and conservative, unfortunately it is really well funded so it's a solid nope to dope.
That's cool, will just continue dropping seeds all around town.

Whenever i go snowboarding in PA, i always go to a gas station before crossing state lines so i dont have to pump my gas when i get to PA.
