Dream no more I found a legit website finally called vmc - a global beta test network from gamers around the world. Here's a link: https://www.vmc.com/games/Pages/Multiplayer-Gamers-for-AAA-Titles.aspx
There is a catch though. You might not be able to get in for a very long time. It took me a year to be invited in because there are so many people. But when I finally got that email it was the best day of my life.
