Did lighting cause this??

I Have 4 plants in this 4x4 tent. I’ve been vegging all under a 125w CFL: 3 Lemon OG Haze Fem and 1 Raspberry Cough Fem. raspberry cough is about 12 days old and the 3 LOGH are a little over 4 wks.

I have a 400w Timber 4VS that I had on, but I was having heat issues, so I decided to veg the 3 LOGH under my old 125w cfl. The CFL has been kicking ass tbh, but I wanted to crank up the timber once the LOGH got up to a month—plus I upgraded ventilation and have no heat issues now.

My environmentals in my tent and ph are spot on—they are very healthy plants.

I turned on the timber (potentiometer all the way down to lowest setting) last night and when I looked at my plants this afternoon, they didn’t seem as perky—they dropped a bit...I didn’t turn off the cfl; I have it hanging in the middle of my timber fixture (see my journal for pictures).

Will adding this light do that? The color is 3500k on the timber and the cfl is 6500k. The pics w the “A” are after adding the timber.

Thanks in advance

First off, your plants look fine. Young plants often need time to adjust when exposed to higher intensity light. If You see signs of stress you can run the Timber for half your light cycle (with only the cfl running the rest of the time) and slowly increase the amount the Timber is on day by day until the plant is used to it.

That’s a great idea, dude. Thanks.
