Did i top or fim? Or nothing

Hey so i had a couple little guys i was topping. One was a tight spot to top so i thought i had fimmed it because i missed the neck. Once it recovered i don't see any new heads? Did i just not do anything and simply cut part of the fan leaves. Take a look

Doesn’t look like you did anything. Where did you cut?

Thought so. On the new growth, i think i did it too high up and just clipped leaves. Damnit.

I've already flipped to flower, so i think I'm a little late. Or I'll cut her there and see how long she takes to recover. Thanks everyone else topped fine. I knew i thought i missed

You did nothing, and it's not too late to put them back in veg.
