yeah man, read up on modern spy technology. hell go to any airport, they use sniffers to detect drugs and faint traces of explosives. and money has the little magnetic strip, put a lot together and you have a pretty big target.

Yeah, I'd love to book a flight and not plan on actually making the flight because I'd refuse TSA from searching my shit. I'd claim I should have my 4th amendment rights, and demand proof of probable cause.
Then I'd get arrested.

They use a device called a military sniffer. It can detect a ppm. They have reprogrammed it to detect drugs. They have a Motorhome with what looks like a cheerleader megaphone on the side. It collects a analyzes the air. The little strip of paper inside bills tells the computer how much money you have. "Welcome to Texas Smile while we Sniff You". I know a lot more....if your interested.

The majority of the grows in forests, ravines, etc are spotted from the air due to color differences in the vegitation. There's a sheriff in around San Diego that has a good eye for spotting the color variations. Seems some people have a better green spectrum in their vision. Planting close to tree lines and spreading your holes out seems to work good.
As far a detection from FLIR or other infrared technology, it doesn't have to due with anything MJ reflects. What does show up is bunch of round 'hotspots'. This occurrs from the sun heating wet soil at the plant sites and giving a different heat signal than the earth surrounding the area. In the middle of nowhere these 'hotspots' stick out like red flags.

The sniffer is unbelievable. Imagine this: You are driving through the Texas Panhandle on I-40. No matter how well you concealed your medicine, they instantly know. They use a chase vehicle to pull up next to you. They make up a reason to pull you over. They ask to search. You say no. They run the dog around. The handler says it's a hit. That's probable cause. It happens everyday. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Where is the outrage? I think it was Ben Franklin who said "A man who sacrifices liberty for security, has neither".

Idk man, that's pretty high tech just for normal pot busts. Is there a public record of how many of these types of arrests occured?

i went through a checkpoint somewhere south of kingsville coming back from port isabelle close to brownsville...we had a charter bus bringing us back from offshore...damn dog they had acted like he was going through withdrawals...twitching and turning circles...border patrol several miles north of border...no telling what kind of shit we passed by there...btw...heard elbows were going for 125 there

I would start taking a different route. Chances are you are talking about DPS, I would not fuck with those guys. They are some of the most badass law enforcement in the state. Sadly they are also the most brainwashed.
