Im expanding my grow room.. how high should the Rh be in the seedling room?

seedlings as in no more then 2 weeks old , id say about 60-70 rh. humidity isnt good for weed unless your germin or cloning.

60-80 clones and seedlings under 2 weeks old - 40 for adults

the max i can get it to is like 42 :\... why do seedlings like humidity so much? is there any cheap ways that i can raise it? anybody ever put seedlings in a plast

Has anybody ever used humidity domes or plastic bags for seedlings? I know people use it for clones..

An open cup of water might help a little. Also misting and using a greenhouse effect works, from what I hear...
