Depending on the strain or the light?

Hellow fellas
I'm putting this thread in the Newbie Central just because it seems like a newbie question to me haha.

If I had the weakest/boringest/lowest grade strain in the world growing under HPS lights(very bright/kinda expensive) and then The Bombest/Strongest/Highest grade strain in the world under CFL lights(kinda bright/cheap).
And both yeilds turn out successful...

Which one would exactly be better?

I was wondering about that, not just because I'm high...because I might have some bomb ass mystery strains flowering at the moment, but they're under CFL lights which is less light then HPS lights, but wouldnt it mostly depend on the strain I'm growing?

I would rather have the highest quality marijuana growing under cfl's, rather than schwagg under HID.
