Deleting Threads?

Today I posted two new threads and i noticed that I couldn't delete them if i wanted to.I could edit them, but not delete.Just wondering why I could in the past, if no one had replied to them.,,,I thought it was because I did some copy and pasting,but I just checked this one with no copy and paste and I cant delete it either.And I just noticed we dont have a pratice thread forum here.I mess up a lot just wondering, sometimes i get baked and think to myself,self, boy that would make a good thread and then i come down and I'm like what the hell was i thinking!

I just replied to a couple of people and i see the delete function is back ,but can you delete a new thread posting?We shall see
