Dehumidifier Water & Cannabis

It makes sense . Though only 2 gal at a time get dumped every day, I like having it be "quaratined" in its own res until I can check the ppm and the ph before mixing it with my res. I cant afford to mess up a 30 gal res with nutes over a cpl gal of potentially "skunky" dehumidifier water.
Find a way to get it filtered before it goes in the main res.....THAT'd be the ticket! Its your next miliion $$$ idea @Alienwidow :bigjoint:
No million dollar idea needed. Just clean the thing and the siphon hose every grow. Done. :)

LOL @ it being distilled water… distilled water has a PH of 7

I personally thought of doing this but opted not too for fear of introducing something into my plants I didn't want. DH have a filter that collects the dust as the water enters (both of mine get dirty in a couple weeks) and I don't want something funky building up, plus I don't want to take my DH apart every week to sanitize it so I just dump the water down the drain.
Zombie thread alert!

Good stuff in here though.

Wanted to correct this, however;

Distilled water HAS NO pH, this is by definition. The weaker the solution, the less pH matters. Don't store pH pens in distilled water, you'll fuck them right up.

Carry on!
