Dehumidifier question

That humidifier will be fine. Did you happen to see if they have a hose run off? It can be a pain having to empty those little water traps all the time.

I have one of these (I think a bunch of different companies make it and sell it under a different name)my tent is about the same size as yours. It doesn't require a hose or anything, just empty the water reservoir regularly as it can fill up quick. I'd say at best it's help bring down humidity about 10%. My house is pretty humid and tent was at 60% and it brought it to about 50%. I do try to empty the water daily even though it's not full which seems to help it out some. I will say that it can't compare to a full size because when it's rainy and very humid in the house sometimes it can't bring humidity below 60. Bought mine on Amazon for around $50 U.S. Good luck with your search.

I was thinking about buying the same dehumidifier for my 4x4 tent. Glad it works but 10% is not that much. My humidity is around 75 lights out. Can you avoid bud rot at 65% rh?

Look on Ebay for reputable refurbisher (check their feedback) and buy one from them. That is your best bet. Try to find one that has a hose drain that has a built in pump and not just a gravity drain.
