Deformed Leaves!!

Hello all, has anyone ever seen leaves like this.

System - Hydo
Temp - 70-80
Humidity - 30-45
Nutes - Liquid Hydo - 800-1000ppm
pH.- 6-6.5
Lights - CFL (42watt x 6)

About 2 weeks old. Maybe three. This same setup has been used before and is proven. But I think that it is either a bad seed or bad genetics. Never seen anything like it, even when nutes/pH are way off. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated.

Ok Im a new grower BUT I've seen my top leaves do this shit and I've read it could POSSIBLY be boron deficiency.
Not for 100% sure check those plant guides in this section in the stickies. Mines wasn't that bad with the larger leaves so I didn't bother with it it got better on it's own.

Maybe do good flush and all new fresh....
