Defoliation advice needed

Just curious about how much I should trim away, looking for some advice there's a decent amount of lard being covered

3x3 tent
400w hps
Week 3 flower clones

As few as you feel need to go. I leaf trim for ventilation purposes, leaves grow flowers
It is way easier to overdue it than to underdue

Any ones personal experience also welcome!

Defoliation has served me well. I have even aggressively defoliated from seed just to see what would happen.
The key for a newbie like you and me is.. from my experience give it at least 3 weeks from seed... and do it in spurts, always seeing a nice strong bounceback from the previous time.

Like plucking solar panels off your roof...
