Soil grow. Perlite, peat moss, chicken poo and lime
Water every day if the plants are dry
EC at first was around 250. Increased to 900 to see if any difference. Been using some epsom salt here lately but no difference
Ph water is normal. EC of well water is around 24
Runoff is yellow as well when checking the ph so normal ph their
Got clones and seed plants all showing same signs. In flower or in veg it dont matter. 2 different ferts for bloom and veg and it doesnt matter

Everything is slow. Slow veg, slow blooming, slow cloning (guess due to nute def plants)
When clones get roots in the mister they go in the soil and do well for a week or 2 with growth then leaves start showing def and the plants stall out.

Using same nutes and water on outside plants with no problems. The plants outside are in dirt. Nutes are Jacks classic 20/20/20 for veg and their bloom formula. Changed to a different brand a month ago but no difference.

Only looked at the pics without reading. You have a serious leaf miner infestation. With a 60x magnifier you will find tiny larvae on the underside of the leaves.

Leaf miners leave a mine shaft looking trail on the leaf. Looks close to a snail trail in which the snail was drunk. Very easy to see.

My vote, according to the leaf pictures. It's fungus.

Interesting , just looked up cannabis fungus, not familiar with it.
I was going by the little black dots in the second pic, IDK does it look similar to leaf miner black dots?
Will fungus have the black dots?
I have to admit I have never seen such a heavy coverage if it was leaf miners.
Felt confident in the 1st post but not anymore if you see it as fungus.

I put a dusting of Diatomaceous earth on them a few days back. But the pictures show how they start getting little dots on the leaves and then the leaves just steadily lose All chlorophyll and then turn to crispy Critters

Lights are some 1000's, 600s and Leds. Doesnt matter the lights they are under.
At first I was thinking the pH was too high and causing a lockout on maybe something like magnesium or copper
