use aquarium safe silicone and silicone the pump at each corner to whatever housing you're using

By the way... on my dwc's now I use net pots. This plant in this thread is still flowering and I've had to strategically tie her to stop her from toppling over. she'll be ready in a few days.

Well I cloned the fuck out of her first. Then she got dumped into a corner while I waited for my last soil grow to harvest. Being a sativa they take ages. Anyway, these past 2 weeks she's had 400w to herself, as I have now got 2 x 400w for flower. she's doing much better than I thought she would, given her treatment. She looked pretty pathetic 2 weeks ago. Now, I'd say she'll give me 2oz. Which is not bad considering the shit I've put her through. Sometimes, it's like I don't even need to try.

BTW, she's almost ready for harvest... I'm smoking a snippet of her now and it's going to be a lovely smoke. I also have six of her clones 5 weeks into flower also dwc. On my larger grow I have 11 dwc also her clones and also 5 weeks into flower, although that is soon going to be increased to 30 plants. And also a different strain... a very indica following la confidential x mystery haze, easily 90/10 in favour of the LA Con'.

I'll get some pic's posted up of both grows maybe wednesday evening (european time).

Okay. some updated pic's of my first dwc plant. She was a mother plant and had hardly any light all the way through her growth stages. Even in veg' she took a back seat to everything else I had going on. In flower she was shoved in a corner while I waited for the soil ones to finish. The past 2 weeks though she has had 400w all to herself. At first I didn't expect much, she'd been heavily mistreated, lost half her roots at one stage because I didn't feed her for 8 days. However, she has exploded into flower and she is going to give me a decent yield.

Got most of them up. Hopefully here's another 2 of her. nope.

I use fishing line and fishing weights to hold down my air stone.

In this home-made effort I used gravel. On my other grows after this one I use aquarium glue.

Right I've harvested all of her weaker branches just leaving the main ones. I can't wait for her to finish as my other dwc's are going to love the extra 400w hps blasting at them from the other direction.

She's still not quite ready yet as I'm hoping you'll see from the comparison pic's. Some buds certainly seem more developed than others. These pics were taken of buds from the same plant taken only yesterday.

yup all those buds look good 2 weeks from being ready.

You'd think that, but this plant has been flowering for nearly 10 weeks as it is. The las grapefruit I let go to 12 weeks was over-cooked.

I'd say a week, as the buds left on the plant are looking browner each day, and it's my experience that grapefruit is a difficult plant to flower. Takes fucking ages.

Anyway, I've got my la conf' x mystery haze to bring through next and I've just started the germination process on 5 master kush.
