I know a biker who once caught a swan and wrestled it to death. Then he took it home, plucked it, and rammed it into his range. Within an hour or so there was swan grease flowing out of the oven, onto the kitcken floor, under the units...

Goose, even better...

But fois gras...

...the amount of suffering those birds endure directly translates into the deliciousness of that swollen fatty liver...the more they suffer, the better they taste. I'm sure of it.

Same goes for veal...

I love duck hunting! And eating them! But only wild birds.domestic have a whole different taste that I don't care for.
And no.I didn't watch the video.I hunt, but hate critter cruelty....
