Dealing with scale

I have a heavy infestation on some pepper plants. Looks like they have also drifted to the tomato plants. I’ve been removing the worse leaves and spraying with neem oil and a drop of dish soap in a spray bottle. Sprayed twice in a week and will probably do it once a week or so. Never had scale so I hope this works.
