ya that must be it. I just know it is true despite what someone back a ways claimed. They did add some kind of stuff to the plant that makes it deadly to smoke the first generation but makes the plant (2nd gen) much more potent than it would have been otherwise.
To the people who know about this stuff:
is that the pot we smoke today on the majority?
I just can't see how some of this stuff can be multiple times better than it already is ...

You mean warfarin/Coumadin? I've never heard about that, although it apparently does affect a large number of enzymatic equilibriums..
Colchicine treatment is about creating polyploidy.. XXXX, XYXY etc.. These tend to be hardier in pretty much all aspects than typical diploids.. Also, if a tetraploid is bred with a normal diploid, you end up with a triploid, which will be absolutely sterile..

i actually did know a girl who died from smoking pot.....
turns out she had some sort of allergic reaction and her tonsils swelled up and closed off here throat and suffocated her, she was alone in her parents house and only 16 when it happend, her mom found her on the floor infront of the front door, i loved that girl

That was unlikely the pot that caused it then.. I mean its pretty unlikely that the first time she tried smoking she'd be alone in her parents house, so an allergic reaction to a cannibis component probably would have shown up elsewhere.. Maybe she was allergic to peanuts, and her dealer ate a sandwich around the time he packed the bag..

no offense to those that did .... but I'd have to be thinking that's a pretty risky pre-teenhood what must you have done since?
on the original subject:
you really think that if this poison was added that the surviving plants would be multiple times more potent than their (for instance white widow ... my last strain ... or else its Nirvana. Had seeds for both and don't know which is which because I'm not very organized and growing for myself lol) but that they'd be multiple times .. I'm thinking it was like 10 times stronger but remember I'm recalling 30 years ago about something I researched on a a whim so I know alot i said would be off (if not wrong)

i actually have an aunt that is allergic to pot... i didnt believe it, but i got in the car after smoking some that day, and she started sneezing and her face got all red and swollen.... had to apologize and go back home... glad im not like that

Ever known someone hyper-sensitive to it?
I've known 2. One smoked and one didn't. Needless to say ... both got stoned to the hilt from being around it or especially if someone blew it in their ear / face .... like a dog or cat
I'm no fan of forced stoned but must admit they are a riot to be around if there's ganja smoked.

Its not that colchicine treatment is focused on making the potency higher, but that may very well happen with the overall enhanced polyploid vigor.. 10x stronger I call BS..

This is about the most retarded thread Ive ever seen in my life. If I wasn't so high and laughing so fucking hard right now, I think I'd actually be pissed off, or maybe sad..
