I am fortunate enough to live in a state where the local authorities are of no concern to me.
Especially having actually seen a friend get a jaywalking ticket while smoking a joint.
I have also seen cases where people were indiscreet with outdoor urban grows and had the neighbors call in the DEA to have the grow removed. (I call that jealousy)
I am curious as to what people's experiences are and opinions are with regard to what constitutes a big enough fish for the DEA to consider.
I never actually see a grow bust smaller than say 50 plants publicized. Are they just not being covered, or does the DEA simply not spend resources on it?
