DEA:Cannabis to remain classified

Cops have to get paid. You're going to have to convince them or invent a "bigger threat" than blacks aND Mexicans and jazz (damn you white people are brainwashed) to shift the budgets to. Maybe shrink the police force but increase salaries and maintain budget. Or redo them so there are two tiers of cops. Neighborhood cops and swat (standing army) teams.

The cops are not going to lose money if they can help it. Too used to new iPhones, dodge chargers, and laptops.
You mind telling me WTF we need a standing army to control American citizens for? I mean, OTHER than fascism?!

When the American Sheeple finally figure out that the entire US Federal Government is off the reservation, what with ignoring the constitutional rights of American citizens as they've made a habit of doing.

And not a minute before.
We won't get it together until we realize that Dems/Reps are working together for the same goal. Even when the people get it right, politics are there to mess things up.

I'm not saying I want one but we've crossed that line already. They're here. Have you seen the Hercules teams in NYC? They're in the middle of Penn Station, Times Square and Grand Central 24/7.
That money is going somewhere. Who is going to be the new bad guy? If we have big business involved in legalized weed then I imagine the cartels and those poppy producing Middle Eastern and Asian countries. They serve the dual evils of immigration and terrorism and also their threat to our marijuana producing economy.

Smoke homegrown dope and help fight ISIS.

I imagine unarmed neighborhood cops backed up by regular patrols of Hercules Swat Teams.
(I've seen it in Peru when the Shining Path was big)

2 reasons why they didn't reschedule.

1. NIDA has the final say. They have blocked the fda several times after the fda approved studies. NIDA even blocked the fda after losing a law suit and ordered to provide federally legal cannabis for studies.

2. The UN treaty that prevents the U.S. from rescheduling cannabis

Violence against members of the Federal Government will absolutely not advance any cause.

We need to change laws. Frankly, we need to start with campaign finance laws, which is why we have such an insane federal system in the first place.

Offensive violence against anyone is wrong, which is why government, which uses offensive force as a primary means can never work.

Polishing the turd or getting "better people in government" will not take the stink out, the stink is inherent and ever present because of the means used by government.

#1 Citizens, voters, legislators have the final say. Marijuana listed as a Schedule 1 is not sustainable. Everyone from the huge population of US smokers to thought leaders, law makers, physicians / scientists will not permit the hypocrisy to stand. DEA's position is untenable.

#2The UN treaty is already ignored. Jamaica, and Uruguay blatantly said fuck you. Canada is about to say fuck you. The UN has already complained about US non compliance by recreational and limited medical use. Seems like Obama is also saying fuck you.

Stop Treating Marijuana Like Heroin

"The D.E.A. and the F.D.A. insist that there is not enough scientific evidence to justify removing marijuana from Schedule 1. This is a disingenuous argument; the government itself has made it impossible to do the kinds of trials and studies that could produce the evidence that would justify changing the drug’s classification."

We have this thing called a Bill of Rights.

You've provided absolutely no justification for a civilian military- oxymoron that it is. Not that you were trying to, but I'm making a point. If we don't need it, why the fuck do we have them?

Mr Sanders' campaign has made it embarrassingly clear that America's 'democracy' is an outright sham.

The question is what Americans are going to do about it.

If we don't fight for our freedoms, we won't have them. Our Founding Fathers told us that- and they even mentioned or own government as one of the most likely threats.

If Ben Franklin were alive today, he'd be disgusted at the lack of action on the part of We the Sheeple.

What exactly do you define as "offensive force"?
Offensive force is the kind that uses or threatens an otherwise peaceful person, preventing them from enjoying the exercise of domain over themselves or their justly acquired property.

Following that out logically, a lot of things which are "legal" are in reality acts of offensive force against people, hence I reject them.

So, could you please explain why Bernie inserted Hillary's cock so deep in his throat? Do you think it was because they threatened to off him or does he really think she's just swell ?

Totally agree. Only way to stop falling into the trap of fighting each other, is to focus on the people setting the trap.

OK, but you don't recognize governmental authority. So if some government stakes some claim of land, then you come along and claim it as your own, you're automatically right in that scenario because the other guy is illegitimate in your mind

I was absolutely 100% shocked to read that our government has refused to reclassify marijuana.

Our fucking idiot DEA is not serving us well.

Couldn't Obama reclassify marijuana of his own accord?

Yeah, he could, but then the republicans would cry about executive orders
