Thanks man, I've got a lot to learn myself. Looking to set up a notill, living soil grow soon. I'm sure I'll wind up learning a thing or two from you too!

I'm actually in the process of learning and gunna try probiotics no till! Basically using a sip pot with rols soil, and growing a thick mycelium layer on the top with a "shower cap" cover across the top! Some guy Alan akkasion or something the owner of gro-kashi is who I've been learning it from online he's all over youtube! Check it out some pretty cool stuff!
