Hey I finished putting together my closet grow and should be getting my seeds today or tomorrow. and have a few clones sitting in the aquarium hothouse, kind of small cuttings, hopefully they work out.

Seeds are pineapple express and trainwreck and clones are skunkberry.

I'm using tap water because PPM is 45, which is pretty dang good for tap. Currently just aerating pHed reservoirs and waiting for the seeds, got some rockwool soaking in 5.5 as well. Planting a few seeds as soon as they arrive.

edit: seeds came, got some free bonuses as well. lots of seeds from g13 labs.

That tub could use a layer of panda to keep the light out. Actually, the bucket could use it too. It will help keep temps slightly lower in your rez.
 
temps are under control thanks to my very cool tube.

also: the germ/clone chamber and the first seedling sprout.

Awesome bro! Make sure to cover the rockwool up with some of that Hydroton you have... algae and fungus WILL grow on the rockwool cube if it's not protected from light!

They make round and square "collars" to put around the base of the stem to stop that problem, as well. Algae sucks, pun intended.... it actually sucks oxygen out of water and is just no good in general.

Those collars are like .15 each if you can find them.
 
yeah I think I will hit up the hydro store this week and pick up netpot covers/collars and a new hum dome for my 10x20 tray so I don't have to use a damn fish tank lol.
