Okay so our light cycles will now be turning on an hour earlier according to human time

but i want my cycle to be back on the same human time that it was

so since it's fall, do you just give em 13 hours dark 2nite
and then resume as usual?

or do you prefer something more gradual?
i was considering 30 mins this week and 30 mins next (actually doing 15 mins each half week)

and how is this thread not already on here???

One hour wont make a difference stress related i already set mine back. They get an extra hour of light tonight :)

Since time changed at 2am this morning, at 11:55pm last night (lights turn off at 12am) I unplugged my lights from timer and plugged into wall.. Changed my timer back to 11pm and waited till 12am to hit and plugged it back in, unplugged lights from wall and plugged back into timer. My plants got 19 hrs of light instead of 18 but still got 6 hrs of dark time.
