I have a small gnat problem i want to erradicate by spraying my flower tent. I have 8 in flower day 5. I have one girl at day 57 and looks to need one more week. I want to put her back into veg tent to finish so she doesnt have neem smell to her which lingers a few days. I also dont want to cut her early. I have quality lights in veg. What should i do???

Sticky traps. Going to spray and drench soil in neem. Then feed them tomorrow night after drying from neem. Then spray diamotaceous earth on top of pots and the holes on the side of the pots.

let soil dry out the top, get a 3% hydrogen peroxide and at 1 liter to 3 liters water and spray the soil. The larvae will die from the h202. I did three cycles five days apart and they are almost gone. I will do one more application and see what if they are gone. You can see the difference on the sticky yellow paper.

Grab some captain jacks from home depot and give the top of the soil a good spray. doesnt need much

i've found that just a fan on low blowing across the top of your pots keeps the gnats under control pretty well. it blows them around, which they don't seem to like, and it helps keep the top 1/4 in. or so of the medium (coco in my case ) dried out well enough to not be a good breeding ground for them. also helps keep the algae growth down.

I tried this method too years back and had great success. It’s also good to rinse your plant in a hydrogen peroxide bath after chopping to rid the plant of anything unwanted like pest feces, or other contaminants. Does anybody else have feedback on the bathing process and if it’s something I should quit doing?

do you have any other plants in your veg tent? if not, just put her in on a 12/12 light cycle, its too close to harvest to do anything about the gnats for her

but for the other 8 plants, The best way to get rid of gnats chap and easily is to pour about 1 inch of playground sand over the soil. this will trap the baby gnats cant dig through the sand, therefor they die in the soil.

sticky traps can also help

remember to keep good airflow in your tent

have a nice day :)
