Day 33 of flower should I defoliate to increase yield?

i defoliated right before the switch to 12/12. I’ve heard some will do some more fan leaf pulling towards 5-6 weeks. With an 8bulb 4 foot 6500k T5 light should I pull some fan leafs/ defoliate once again for better light penetration for better yield?

A lot of people on here say to just try to tuck the leaves instead of pulling them off. But it's not going to kill your plant to just pluck some of them.

Good question... I'd have no fan leaves at all if I did that.

Sometimes it genetic, like above (I suspect).
Purple stems can be a sign of a deficiency, but...
Just what I was told - pick a purple stem first because the leaf is shutting down.

Purple stems are sometimes just cause of colder climates...

Defoliate m8 you won't reget it just take the ones covering buds up
