Day 3 looking for suggestions

Here are some pics after just watering and misting . One we tied over for LST . We want to sgrog 2 of them as well , but think we need to wait . What do you guys think we need to do next ? When should we start the nutes ?
We are running a 600w MH on a 18/6 schedule

Sorry , lol . We have no clue , may be you can help us . Here are some pics but they are the ones I should have loaded last time we will post more soon and would love some help .
