Day 22 since seeds were planted. Are my plants ready for FIM/LST training?

Hey guys, first time grower here, I planted 6 seeds in rockwools for my test run (2 Karma Genetics White Beelze Bubba, 2 Primo Power Plant, and 2 OG Kush seeds) and all 6 germinated. Once they sprouted their first sets of leaves, I transplanted 5 to 1 gallon Air Pots and 1 in to a Dixie cup (was too lanky and needed support). The Primo Power Plant in the Dixie Cup died leaving me with these 5 beauties.

For the first 10 days since sprouting they were under 200W 6500k blue CFLs and these past 12 days they have been under 2 MarsHydro 300s (234W) for both blue and red spectrum. And my plan to keep the plants bushy with a bit of height has worked. I plan on making 3 of the healthiest plants (from each strain) in the tent into Bonzai Mothers. I also have ~200W COB LED setup I plan on replacing the MarsHydro once I determine the sex (so they can really start growing). I also ordered a 2'x4' tent so I can fit all 3 lights in them for some testing later while the 2'x2' tent I have will be a seedling/cloning tent. All in all they will go into a 4'x4' grow tent with 1000W HPS setup once ready to flower.

You guys think they are ready to be FIM'ed and LST'ed? Or should I wait a few more day? They are growing like crazy at the moment, I wake up to see new sets of leaves everyday at this point.

That book is actually 1 of the 3 books I keep going back to. Yet it doesn't mention anything about training in that schedule towards the end of the book. I know plants are Topped/Fimmed at 4-6 nodes and just wanted another opinion before I pruned the tips before lights turn off

I usually wait until the plant stops making roots almost full-time. Once you wake up and see your plant doubled in size, it's ready for training.

Heres a little skunk , i started Lst @ 15 days, they respond , very well.............this pic was @ day 31 from germ
it's never to early to start training anything.

hell, we have a litter of puppies ten days old, they just opened their eyes. i have a color shifting light in with them, and talk/classical music radio on. this gets them used to different lighting, human voices, and strange sounds. imo, this is the most important part of socializing.

once you have a couple of nodes, bend and tie, they should respond very well.

Yeah its ok, its a Autopounder by Auto Seeds, that pic was @ day 50, & its only in my garden soil & plain old potting mix , about 60% soil, & just a normal plastic pot, with a 600 hps above from the start,
Its my 1st ever grow under light, & ive been very fortunate to be getting help frm the RIU community, especially 1 member who has a lot of experience with Auto's..............but , if it wernt for the LST im sure it wouldnt be doing as well
