Day 17 and still no roots. Help!

Ok so like the title says it's been 17 days since I took my cuttings and I still don't see any roots. Just for background I started with pre soaked Rockwool cubes and my cuttings were dipped in cloning gel. First few days I sprayed em daily and kept up the humidity in the dome , vents closed. After that I had a couple days where i vented the dome slightly to remove some moisture then back again to closed. Spraying them and the inside of the dome on vented days. I only added a small amount of water to the cubes when they felt like they were getting dry. I've had the dome almost fully vented for the past 4 days so they can get more accustomed to regular conditions but I'm still spraying them and the inside of the dome daily to keep humidity higher. I even added a small amount of diluted fish emulsion to the cubes in hopes it would stimulate the roots and still nothing. They've haven't wilted at all and only one clones leaves are starting to turn a little yellow. I don't want to give up while they're still green and looking good but I feel like I'm running out of time. What should I do? Thank you in advance

Wait it out

Those still have a lot of leaf surface for photosynthesis, so it really isnt searching out any nutrition yet, also you took them in flower and that takes longer. Also wouldn't those naked cubes air/light prune those roots? I'd try to find a wear to cover the rock wool. Roots don't like light.
