When is it considered day 1 for autoflowers? is it when first pistils show, start of stretch, end of stretch?

Got the answer from a mad scientist grower from another forum......so Im answering for my own question if anyone is at all curious.
Day 1 flower/bloom begins when Calyxes start popping out at the top with pistils shooting out of them, this is new information for me and maybe will also help for some of the members here.

Theres a preflower, stretch and then flower starts.
