Don't expect a lot. I cut short the veg time because of a schedule conflict coming up. I have to chop it down by the end of this month. So it isn't a very big plant. Also the nute problem I just had will make the harvest smaller than it could have been. But it should be enough to get me through the next grow, which I hope will be much more productive. I learned a lot in this one and will use my notes to do a few things way differently. And I shouldn't have the same scheduling problem so that I can veg the plant for about a month.

Day 50:

Flushing the roots for a little while, then I'll put her back in the cabinet with some fresh nutes until the end of the week before the final flush. Harvest date will be Feb 19th. Final flush starts next Saturday.

Roots looked a little brown today, so added some food grade h202 at 5 ml/liter to the res while flushing.

Overlap is a wonderful thing

Luckily, the vent is closer to the middle of the house, so the roof is high above the room's ceiling. I'll have to look outside tomorrow to see if any snow is melting up there. I hope I don't have to pay someone to route my grow room ducting up to a roof vent or chimney or something. I appreciate the heads-up, bro.

Brother Dave I Live In A Mobil Home And My Roof Is About 14 Inches From My Ceiling.I Have 955 Watts Of Led In My Back Bedroom And I Vent Into My Room And I Still Have Snow On My Roof.So Venting Roughly 350 Watts Into Your Attic Will Cause No Snow To Melt Prematurley.The Only Issue I See With This Is When Your Filter Needs Changing Im Affraid Your Neighbor Will Smell It Before You Do

I agree. Hard to have too much light - just too much heat which is WHY I love LED.

Sounds like all systems go for my next experiment. Just gotta make sure I can afford another light.

I agree! That's been my plan all along. But it can wait until I finish this one.

Changed the water ealier this afternoon and added nutes one last time before the final flush. This time instead of adding Big Bud, I replaced it with another Advanced Nutrients additive called Overdrive. It's supposed to cause a last-week growth spurt. I also noticed on the label that it contains Magnesium. That's something my plant has needed for the last few weeks after it got locked out by too much Calcium. So I bet my plant will like some of that! Maybe I can salvage something from this grow. When I flush I'll use a chelate called Final Phase to help draw the extra mineral salts out of the plant.

my freind wants me to use her mobile trailer it's 20' long a few solar panels and batteries humm setup would be easy and its portable. wonder how much solar panels would be needed to run 2000 watts of power? 8 of them and batteries so about $4500 hundred dollars maybe down the road find a 36' one and hit the road in winter.

Very impressive setup and grow my friend!

That's a really cool idea and not as expensive as I would have guessed. A solar-powered 2000 watt grow. Now THAT got the gears turning in my head.

Thanks. The only problem was a nute goofup a couple weeks ago or so. Next time I'll hopefully use this light panel to its potential.

sounds like you got that shit on lockdown, quit beating yourself up- kids are doing great, btw recent pics? I thought you were moving or something soon that was rushing harvest, going to throw up a journal after the shift?

Yeah, I'm getting out of this cold climate for a week coming up pretty soon. Day 60 is my planned harvest date and that's what this strain is supposed to mature at. I had to cut veg short because of the conflict, that's all. Flowered the right number of days. Haven't taken any pics lately. I'll take some within the next couple of days, though. Roger Wilco.

Oh yeah, you are correct, I will throw up another journal after this one's done and I'll post a link to it here.

That is so awesome! Solar power has come a long way. I love the idea of being self-contained, not relying on the grid for juice, maybe even selling some extra to the power companies. Then you can charge up your Tesla and go for a joy ride!

Do any of you guys know what you pull as far as amps? D- I know you are fine with just the one panel. I found out that I need to have a split breaker put in (to be smart). Turns out all of my bedrooms run off the same breaker, and I'm pulling almost 12 amps in THAT room without the A/C which I will need when it starts getting above 65 degrees outside. The breaker can only handle 15, and shouldn't go over 80%. - And I am working on getting MORE LIGHTS! Had a discreet electrician visit over the weekend. It really highlighted the difference between my LEDs , HPS, and Fluoros. (And I am miniscule compared to some) I just know there are people living and growing in fire traps now. Gotta be sure I have a suitable home for that new A-51 this spring!
