dark stuff around my buds

This i a god bud that is in its third week of flowering. I have 2 of these and this one has what i am guessing is dark resin on the leaves around the buds. The other plant has more of a white color around the buds. Is there any problems with the dark colored stuff? Thanks for the help.

maybe you can see here that the buds are dark with white hairs and dark resinous stuff on the leaves. Also the buds themselves are very dark with white hairs.

in worst case that could be dark mold but your pic is far to small to tell anything...

do you have a high humidity in your grow?

No the humidity is in check. There are two plants growing side by side and this one has the dark stuff and the other one doesn't. Does the pic not blow up when you click on it?

it did, but the buds were still to small on it as well as out of focus, i tried to blow it up a bit more with my photo tool...

so if it is not humidity causing this, are both plants from the same strain or do you grow mixed seeds or bag seeds? maybe it is just something strain specific and nothing to worry over...

Yes, they are both the same strain. This is my 1st grow so i wasn't sure if something was wrong or not. Sorry about the pic quality and thanks for the help. I don't know if it matters but the dark stuff is kind of sticky.

sounds then like haze of the bud, now that would be great! if that should be the case, don' trow the leaves away after havest and get you an ice-o-later, you will have you some extra hash there

but one moment, brown and sticky, does the stuff smell and taste sweet maybe, then you would have a little insect-problem, plant lice to be exact...

so, check first for really little black to gray mini lice crawling on your plant, i had this once...

well wait a moment, first try nicotine-tea, so boild tobacco, that is my personal cure-all-bugs method and you can still smoke you buts after spraying this. go if possible for some premium non-additive tobacco, that is the best for the plants since it has no harsh chemical to it then. most normal tobacco is blended with chemicals to smooth the smoke but that stuff is not just poison for your lungs.

take a look were the lice are and than spray a little on them, that will take care of them. best resold you really get with aimed shots

oh, and i would still get me a ice-o-later for the harvest, it worth the investment

sure it will, but it will also mess up your buds, at least i wouldn't smoke them after you unleash chemical warfare on them! don't forget that what kills bugs will kill humans too eventually! so go with some nicotine.

also this is no immediately needed action, your plants are strong and healthy, do this if it gets out of control and you spot packs of lice on your plant.

I have looked and can't see any "bugs"...Its strange that the two plants are side by side and all of the buds are affected on one and none on the other. Also, i tried to take better pics but my camera isn't cooperating.

maybe it is the haze of your plant that is tasting actually really sweet... and no bug are involved at all... odd thing, really would like to take a better look at that

Well, I hate to post this but I was wrong. I got a better magnifying glass and was wrong about the dark stuff around my buds. I pulled the plant out and could see alot better. The stuff looked alot different under hps. What appeared to be black turned out to be purple and it is actually the color of the leaves around the bud. Sorry for the bad post and thanks for the help. Here are some pictures.
