damp patches on leaf?

Hi all just a question about damp patches on leafs in my grow.. i have been told its a good thing as the plant is releasing extra sugars and is a sign the plants happy.. iv looked this up and cant find any info on it. anyone out there clear this up???

whats the humidity like ?
is this in veg or flower?

im in 2nd week flowering and humidity is 40%. iv had wet patches in all my grows its only 1 leaf at a time, im not worryed about it just thought maybe someone have answer for it.. as for pics just had look and none at the minute.

okay well if it's not an issue to you then don't worry about it but i would love to see a pic of what you mean because i can't seem to imagine what you mean.

That's plant transpiration where the leaves are making contact. Nothing to worry about.
